Oh my gosh. That last post was so depressing, I almost think I should delete it! How do we change our own attitude?

ReplyDeleteI am determined... determined to go to be (nearly 1:00am here)
have a great day. I forgot to mention in the last comment how much i like you blog. The colours and layout are great. Just my cup o tea.
Constance Fellow Crusader
You don't need to delete it. We've all been there. All it means is that you're human. Rejoice in your humanity!
ReplyDeleteI just saw we're in the same Crusader group so I thought I'd stop by and say hello!
ReplyDeleteAnd no reason to delete. I'm a firm believer that blogs are also for complaints, rants, etc. ;)
Oh, determined is something I'm good at. It goes with persistence and optimism--two of my defining qualities, so though I don't always think of it as determination, it comes down to the same thing....
ReplyDeleteAnd I didn't see yesterday's post, but I think it is nice to have a record of the negative, so that when the good happens, we are reminded how sweet it really is.
I am sorry you got the "Unfortunately" response. But you seem determined to bounce back and fight another day. YAY you! Nice to meet you fellow Crusader.
ReplyDeleteYay for determination and a change in attitude! Happy to see that you've already bounced back from your rejection. Keep on keepin on!
ReplyDeleteErin @ Quitting My Day Job
Us crusaders are DETERMINED!
ReplyDeleteYou are my 400th follower and I came over to follow back only to discover I'm an old follower of yours. You even gave me an award last year some time. Yay for the Crusade for bringing us back together again.
I am determined to make it through the day without coffee. I've been weaning myself :)
ReplyDeleteDetermined is an excellent this to be.
ReplyDeleteNice to meet a fellow Crusader.
You can also sing that song from the Jungle Book, "I got high hopes." :) Way to turn things around.

Don't delete! You are on a journey. There are highs and lows. And when success comes to you it will feel that much sweeter! ☺
ReplyDeleteHi, fellow Crusader stopping in.
For writers, determination supersedes both luck and talent. Because no matter how much talent you have, if you don't hang in there long enough, aren't determined enough, no one will ever know.
ReplyDeleteGreat to meet another Crusader!
Tigger looks better on you, but everyone has a little Eeyore in them too.
ReplyDeleteHello there, following you back! Thanks for dropping by. I'm working my way down the next 50 crusaders.
ReplyDeleteHello Crusader! Trying to get to everyone on the list and wanted to stop by and say hello! Thanks for dropping by today!
ReplyDeleteHey there fellow crusader, here's to you for springing back! Good luck for next time :-)
ReplyDeleteRejection never ceases to suck and it's okay to be bummed about it. But you've already turned it around and written an inspirational post! I recently went through a slew of rejection, too, and we just have to keep trying!
ReplyDeleteHi! You came by my blog the other day, so I thought I would return the favour :) Well done for turning your outlook around. I know it's hard, just seems to be part of the writer's life - steel needs to be tempered in the fire to become straong, right? Well done to you and I hope to see more of you and your writing :)
