I've been working on cleaning out unnecessary "things" from my house, and came across lots of interesting notes from various business meetings I've attended over the years.
One sheet had a great list of quotes. I thought you might enjoy some of them. :)
"Success seems to be largely a matter of hanging on after others have let go." -- William Feather
"Today is your day! Your mountain is waiting. So ... get on your way." -- Dr. Seuss
"Go confidently in the direction of your dreams. Live the life you've imagined." -- Henry David Thoreau
"The reward of a thing well done is to have done it." -- Ralph Waldo Emerson
What inspires you?
Great quotes! And I definitely need to hop to when it comes to clearing out my house. ;) I'm sort of in the middle of that right now!ReplyDelete
What inspires me? Ummm, music, photography, people watching, landscape watching... The place I live (beautiful beachside scenery). I guess those are a few things that inspire me. Another thing that inspires me is my fellow aspiring authors, and authors too of course! :)
"Go confidently in the direction of your dreams. Live the life you've imagined." -- Henry David ThoreauReplyDelete

Gotta love that wacky Thoreau. I've been reading a lot of poetry lately. It's given my brain an image fest of new writing ideas.ReplyDelete
